Depression can happen to anyone and quite often it is sparked by a major change in our life such as the break-up of a relationship, a bereavement, or an illness, however there are many factors that contribute to Depression. Below are some examples;

  • Sleep difficulties
  • Loss of interest or pleasure in things which used to give pleasure
